{"id":3135,"date":"2026-06-26T14:22:51","date_gmt":"2026-06-26T12:22:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/rsr.com.hr\/?p=3135"},"modified":"2026-06-26T14:31:39","modified_gmt":"2026-06-26T12:31:39","slug":"odrzana-edukacija-o-timskom-radu-komunikaciji-i-socijalnom-dijalogu-u-digitalnoj-ekonomiji","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/rsr.com.hr\/en\/odrzana-edukacija-o-timskom-radu-komunikaciji-i-socijalnom-dijalogu-u-digitalnoj-ekonomiji\/","title":{"rendered":"Education on conflicts, communication and social dialogue in the digital economy"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\">As part of the project \"Challenges of Social Dialogue in the Digital Economy: Focus on the Private Sector and ICT\", an educational workshop was held in Osijek on May 14, 2026, aimed at strengthening the participants' competencies in the areas of teamwork, communication and effective conflict management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\">The workshop was led by an expert, Prof. Dr. Sc. Velimir Sri\u0107a, who, through interactive lectures and discussions, introduced the participants to the key challenges and opportunities of the modern work environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The workshop program covered the topics of conflict and teamwork.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">During the education the importance of quality communication, building mutual trust and developing collaborative relationships within organizations was emphasized.
