Va\u017enost ove reforme kojoj je osnovni cilj da zaposleni u tim slu\u017ebama dobiju jednaku pla\u0107u za jednak rad neovisno o tome u kojem resoru ili slu\u017ebi je netko zaposlen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Reformom je obuhva\u0107eno 244.000 zaposlenih kojima \u0107e radna mjesta sada biti kategorizirana na jednostavniji na\u010din, a koeficijenti im se znatno pove\u0107avaju, odnosno&nbsp;pove\u0107avaju se pla\u0107e. Logika je bila da oni koji imaju manje pla\u0107e imaju ve\u0107i rast, ali pla\u0107e rastu svima, naglasio je premijer RH.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-5817\" style=\"width: 600px;\" src=\"https:\/\/izrada-rsr.digital-adviser.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/202402.png\" alt=\"\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.vecernji.hr\/vijesti\/ovo-je-osam-uredbi-kojima-se-reguliraju-place-zaposlenima-u-javnim-sluzbama-1748439\/galerija-594531?page=1\"><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.vecernji.hr\/vijesti\/ovo-je-osam-uredbi-kojima-se-reguliraju-place-zaposlenima-u-javnim-sluzbama-1748439\/galerija-594531?page=1\">Foto: Vlada RH<\/a><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Primjerice, u dr\u017eavnoj slu\u017ebi \u0107e zaposlenima sa srednjom stru\u010dnom spremom prosje\u010dna pla\u0107a za o\u017eujak ove godine, u odnosu na isto razdoblje pro\u0161le godine, narasti za 47 posto, odnosno s tada\u0161nji 791 euro na 1.161 neto, a najmanja sa 553 na 795 eura neto.
