The average monthly gross salary per employee in legal entities in the Republic of Croatia for January 2026 was 2,114 euros, which is 1.3% higher nominally and 1.0% higher in real terms compared to December 2025.
The average monthly net salary paid per employee in legal entities in the Republic of Croatia for January 2026 compared to the same month of the previous year was nominally higher by 8.5%, and in real terms by 4.9%. The average monthly gross salary paid per employee in legal entities in the Republic of Croatia for January 2026 compared to the same month of the previous year was nominally higher by 9.8%, and in real terms by 6.2%.
