Education on personal and professional efficiency

As part of the project "Challenges of Social Dialogue in the Digital Economy: Focus on the Private Sector and ICT"in Split on June 11, 2026. was held an educational workshop on the topic "Personal Efficiency - Doing the Right Things the Right Way".

The participants of the training had the opportunity to gain new knowledge and practical insights on ways to increase productivity, more efficient time management, and development of habits that contribute more successful work and better organization.

The workshop was led by prof. dr. sc. Velimir Srićaone of the leading Croatian experts in management and organizational development. Through a lecture and interactive discussion, he presented the participants with specific tools and methods for achieving better results in the business environment and emphasized the importance of continuous personal development and lifelong learning.

During the training, numerous current topics were covered, including:

  • increasing personal efficiency and productivity,
  • effective goal setting and prioritization,
  • development and adoption of good habits,
  • time and task management,
  • delegation of responsibility,
  • mentoring and knowledge transfer,
  • building trust and quality relationships within teams.

Special emphasis was placed on the challenges that digital transformation brings to employees and organizations and on the importance of developing competencies that enable successful adaptation to changes in the labor market.

Participants actively participated in the discussion, exchanged experiences from their work environments, and through practical examples received useful guidelines for improving their own work and professional development.
